Beginner: A great way to introduce your body to the benefits of Pilates and ideal class if you are injured. Learn to use your core abdominal and stabilising muscles to improve your strength, posture and movement.
Improvers: For experienced beginners who are not quite ready to make the leap to intermediate.
Intermediate: A higher level reformer class for those without injuries. Requires a good level of experience and fitness. A great progression for those experienced in Pilates and ready to move to a higher level of strength, control and balance.
Advanced: The ultimate in body strengthening, lengthening, toning and body awareness for those experienced devotees.
Cardio: Performed on and around the Pilates reformer, with a large focus on dynamic and aerobic movements. Ideal for injury free people who want to increase fitness and challenge their body.
Ante & Post Natal: Specifically for pregnant and/or new mums to prepare their body for birth, target the pelvic and abdominal muscles, and to rebuild posture and endurance of the body after birth. You are welcome to bring babies.
Power Pilates: Performed on and around the Pilates reformer, with the focus on strength, power and precision. Demanding, dynamic and fun for those without injuries.
Superman Pilates: Our all male class on the reformers is the way to strengthen, build core control and increase flexibility.
